Even though you’re probably not eating those colorful boxed meals from Ronald McDonald anymore, are you still eating meals that make you happy? Too often we former dieters believe that to eat healthy we need to sacrifice pleasure. But that isn’t the case at all. We need to fully enjoy our meals, after all, we love to eat, and that’s not going to change. Our choices can be more consciously healthy, but our meals must still make us happy.
