The decisions we make when we’re tempted to eat something ooey, gooey and chewy sound right. They are based on some kind of wacky logic so they make sense…until we face the consequences of those decisions. Then, in hindsight, we see that what seemed rational and reasonable was really self-sabotage. Why do we make these “executive decisions” and how can we recognize flawed logic before we end up in a binge?
