1) Spiritual Void
So often we eat to fill that “hole in our soul.” We feel an emptiness that nothing but food seems to fill. But not too long after a binge that hole creeps back and we are left feeling more emptiness. We must fill the spiritual void so we can finally feel fulfilled, satisfied and nourished.
